The newly established facility in Smyrna, GA, was designed for operational effectiveness and combines network operations and information assurance/computer networks defense functionalities.

DCMA is a Combat Support Agency of the Department of the Defense (DoD) under the direction of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Technology). DCMA provides support, contract administration services, and technical and logistics services to all branches of the military. The Agency oversees 65 Contract Management Offices responsible for the work performed at over 900 operating locations worldwide.

Triple-i provides eBusiness services to support the gathering of requirements for maintaining and updating DCMA’s eTools web applications to meet operational requirements. Triple-i performs the following activities that support the eBusiness Director and staff under the eBusiness contract:

Headquarters LAN Support Services

Triple-i provides support for the continuing administration and management of the DCMA Headquarters’ Local Area Network (LAN), PBX and related infrastructure to include servers and PCs as well as support for Video Teleconferencing and webcast capabilities. Our expert staff maintains systems in accordance with DCMA’s configuration management plan and provide “in person” support to the users as well as remote access support:


  LAN Equipment Upgrades, MACs (moves, adds, and changes), and Enhancements
